This Uncommon Resource adds a bonus of +50% to the chance to produce a higher quality Equipment (Weapon, Armor or Unit) from your Buildings. It is cumulative with other bonuses, such as from Building Upgrades and Talents.

Use
Start constructing the Item, then click "Add Bonus" (right bottom corner) and select the gem. When the Item is ready, you get notified of your gross chance (including other bonuses) as well as if you managed to produce a higher quality Item with one or two random Equipment Bonuses. The rarity of the item might be anything from Uncommon to Peerless depending on the stats. The random bonuses are sometimes not very useful, but other times rather powerful.
