The Kingdom of Mountain and Vale is an alliance dedicated to Jon Arryn and The Vale of Arryn, seeking to preserve it no matter the cost.
Lord Kenneth Durane of Blue Moon's Hold rules this alliance, trying to improve The Vale further and not let it falter as it has under Lysa Tully's rule.
Lord Durane has always been a strong believer of honouring the Arryn-Stark friendship when The North charges down south, however was unable to do much with his soldiers. It is said some of his soldiers were send as mercenaries, however what happened to them after the Red Wedding is uncertain.
- Justice, Family, Honor. The words of House Durane. Their small castle/keep lays burried in one of the many mountains of the Vale, and uses it's natural defences.
